Are there annual dues?

Yes. Currently the annual dues per person is $200. The club now offers Business Memberships at $400. Business memberships allow flexibility in that more than one employee can be designated to attend a club meeting or club service event.


How many members does the Rotary Club of Glen Ellen-Kenwood have?

The club currently has about 25 members from the northern Sonoma Valley area. The club was officially chartered near the end of 2012, making it the newest club in Rotary District 5130 of Northern California (www.rotary5130.org)


How often does the club meet?

The Rotary Club of Glen Ellen-Kenwood meets the 1st and 3rd Wednesday evening of each month, 5:30-7 p.m. The first ½ hour is time to socialize with other Rotarians, the second ½ hour is taken up by club business, and the last ½ hour is time for a special guest speaker. Check our home page for updated information on speakers and events. If you want to visit a club meeting, there is no charge for your first visit. Rotary Club of Glen Ellen-Kenwood members pay $10 per meeting which goes to offset the cost of the food (hors d”oeuvres).

What if I miss a meeting?

While members are encouraged to come to every meeting, it’s understood that this may not be possible. The club currently meets the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month. Outside of those dates, members are encouraged to participate in the club's various service projects and/or help in the planning of those projects.
